5. Where analytics data goes
- Matomo analytics for Papstore.co.uk (website ID 3) is processed on our systems (matomo-ingest.nottinfra.co.uk) and retained in line with our analytics settings. Matomo only loads after analytics consent.
- OpenReplay session recordings are processed on our systems (openreplay.nottinfra.co.uk) to understand usability issues. Recordings are only started after analytics consent.
Where avoidable, these tools are not used to identify you personally — we do not knowingly link analytics or replay data to an individual's name or contact details unless you have provided that information and consented to that level of tracking.
6. Your rights
